Forward Performing Arts (FPA) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Madison, WI, that facilitates music education and youth development. Formerly under the name Madison Drum & Bugle Corps Association, Inc., Forward Performing Arts has been serving youth from around the world since 1938.

As a means of expanding the educational mission of the Madison Scouts, FPA has since added three additional programs: Black Star Drum Line, Forward Leadership, and MadU. With the addition of these programs, Forward Performing Arts impacts thousands of student lives every year.
