As well, the staff bus of the losing corps will bear the logo of the winning group for the remainder of the season."Last year's OSC was a terrific opportunity for these two great corps to team up and compete off the field for a great cause," said Tom Spataro, Executive Director of the Boston Crusaders. “We felt a rematch was in order to allow the Scouts the opportunity to redeemthemselves in this challenge.”“This is another step in developing the relationship between our two organizations,” commented Chris Komnick, Executive Director for the Scouts. “We share similar histories, and frankly, we share a similar outlook on what we think this activity should be for our members, our alumni, and drum corps fans. It's great to work with and compete against a corps that shares our values. Plus, to think Boston can generate more donations than the Scouts alumni for a second year in a row…highly unlikely. I hope Tom is ready to wear some green in Atlanta.”“The Old School Challenge Rematch” begins Wednesday, July 20th and continues through Friday, July 29th. Each corps will promote the challenge to their alumni and fan base while keeping the latest tally of donations on their respective web pages.
