With 75 days remaining in the year, the Madison Scouts have launched an end-of-year fundraising campaign, Madison Corps 75, to help prepare the organization for the 2014 season.

"This past year and show was a special one as we celebrated our 75th Anniversary," stated Executive Director Chris Komnick. "One of our goals for the year was to reconnect with our alumni at a whole new level. Coming off of the 75th Anniversary Celebration in September, we want to capitalize on that momentum and build unprecedented support for the organization from the roots up."The first step of the campaign was to get the financial support and commitment of the Madison Scouts board of directors."It's important that we show support from the top," said Gregg Auby, vice president of the board. "The board believes strongly in the mission and direction of this organization and is showing their commitment financially as well. The campaign will have a board match of $0.50 per dollar donated on the first $20,000 of donations collected.""In addition to the board match, we will have a variety of other incentives as well," said Komnick. "With a focus on the alumni, we are going to have a "decades" challenge. And those contributing at the $250 level and above will also receive a signed and numbered copy of the "Corps of Brothers" limited edition print."Contributors to the campaign will be enrolled in the Madison Corps donor program for the 2014 season and provided access to the 2013 & 2014 show media downloads, subscribed to the re-launched Fleur-De-Lis newsletter, and other incentives and recognitions. To learn more about the campaign and contribute, please go to www.MadisonCorps.com
