Pursuant to Section IV. Section 3 of the current bylaws, Notice is hereby given of a special meeting of the Board of Directors for Forward Performing Arts to take place on Saturday, January 14, 2023, at 8:00 a.m. CT.  The purpose of the Special Meeting shall be to review and vote on changes, clarifications and clean up to the current bylaws as requested by the Board and proposed by the Governance Committee.  The specific articles of the bylaws to be amended are as follows:
