On Friday, October 25th, Dann Petersen, joined by Nick Junker, will present "Making Time for Leadership Curriculum in the Classroom". The presentation will be from 11:30 a.m. - 12:45 p.m. in Room E at the Monona Terrace. The session will allow music educators to discover the most common leadership challenges identified by music students along with practical skills that can be taught in tandem with lesson plans.

"The success of Forward Leadership has given us a wealth of knowledge about students' desires, perspectives, and challenges around the country," said Dann Petersen, FPA Programs Director. "We are excited to share new tools with Wisconsin music educators, and to learn from this community of deeply passionate and professional teachers."The 2019 Wisconsin State Music Conference is being held Wednesday, October 23 through Saturday, October 26, 2019 at the Monona Terrace Community and Convention Center at One John Nolen Drive, Madison, Wisconsin.
