"To achieve stability and prepare our organization for sustainable growth, we had to rethink our mission and the ways we could expand our student impact. The Madison Scouts will continue to be the model of excellence we want for all of our programs. But we need to provide greater depth and reach to what we do as an overall organization in order to achieve the stability we seek.""I am very proud of what we've been able to accomplish in 2017," said Gregg Auby, board chairman.
