AAA: River Falls High School - Directors, Bryan Jaeckel (Madison Scouts 1998, 00-02) and Alex Plum (Madison Scouts 2016-17)

AAAA: Oak Creek High School - Directors, Amy Fuchs and Guy Gregg (Madison Scouts 2003)
