As individuals and schools continue to pivot to meet the challenges of COVID-19, Forward Performing Arts is proud to announce that Forward Leadership will be providing 11, one-hour virtual leadership seminars via the MadU learning platform each week this fall.

“Our approach to leadership is group-first, highly collaborative, and relies on leaders being true to their own individuality and the strengths that are found within that," said Programs Director David Lofy. "We believe that every person in the ensemble, regardless of title, should be developing a variety of leadership skills.”
Teachers and students can choose to participate in Forward Leadership sessions live via Zoom along with members of the Madison Scouts and MadU, or they can view session recordings on their own time. Classes are collaborative, with opportunities for students to build relationships and engage in dialogue via breakout rooms.

Forward Leadership 101: $50 for individuals, $300 for ensembles of 10 or more students
