Every year since July 11, 1953, the Madison Scouts have hosted "Drums on Parade", the longest continuing drum corps show in the history of the activity. This year will be no different despite the pandemic and cancellation of the 2020 DCI Summer Tour.
Forward Performing Arts and the Madison Scouts are pleased to announce the 68th Annual "Drums on Parade", a virtual competition between historic performances of the Madison Scouts. The competition will be held on Wednesday, July 15th from 7-10p CT. Details to join our virtual viewing room will be emailed and posted via our social media channels.
We invite fans to help keep this valuable fundraiser alive this summer with a donation of $20 (or more) to help determine which Madison Scouts shows compete in "Drums on Parade". Your $20 donation will provide you up to 6 votes for your favorite shows/years. You can make multiple donations and enter even more votes. Vote for multiple shows/years, or apply all your votes to one show/year. Performances are limited to available media.
The top 6 vote getting performances will be shown on July 15th along with a special exhibition of the 1955 Madison Scouts. Attendees will then be able to select the winner from the performances that night. As well, we will have special guests, new merchandise, and special promos for attendees!
