Chuck Henson to Emcee "Drums on Parade"

The Madison Scouts are pleased to announce that alumnus Chuck Henson will again emcee their "Drums On Parade" home show to be held at 7 p.m. on Saturday, June 29th in Middleton, WI.

"We are privileged to have Chuck again announce our home show," stated Scouts' Executive Director Chris Komnick. "A great supporter of the corps and activity, Chuck brings his incredible voice talent to this event to assure a great experience for our audience."Chuck is the Traffic & Transportation Reporter for Tampa's Bay News 9 as part of "Your Morning News". He is also the national "Voice" of Bands of America/Music for All, Inc, celebrating 25 years as the organization's Public Address Announcer. Chuck is a proud 2012 Inductee into the Bands of America Hall of Fame in Indianapolis, Indiana.Chuck's love for music and music education is prevalent in everything he does. He has emceed the annual Chicagoland Showcase for the past 18 years. As a product of his high school band/choral program and an alumnus of the Madison Scouts Drum and Bugle Corps, Chuck works hard to promote and enhance the growth of music education."Drums On Parade" is the oldest continuing running show in the activity and 2013 marks the 61st year for the show.
