The Madison Drum & Bugle Corps Association Inc. (MDBCA) announces its 2015 annual meeting on Friday, November 6, 2015. As a required meeting of the association by-laws, this annual gathering will include a recap of the 2015 fiscal year by board President Gregg Auby and Executive Director Chris Komnick and provide a “state of the corps” leading into 2016.Friday, November 6, 20156 p.m. – 8 p.m. (CT)Dream Lanes Bowling Center13 Atlas CourtMadison, WI 53714At this meeting, “members” of the association will also be asked to vote on candidates for open board seats and any other association matters subject to vote. Proxy voting is now permitted at the annual meeting and eligible members will be provided the appropriate proxy ballot and the process for submitting said ballot.The MDBCA by-laws state that a “member” of the association must meet the following qualifications:

1. at least 22 years of age, and
2. contributed to the Madison Corps patron program at a minimum giving level of $75, and
3. made their Madison Corps contribution in the current fiscal year from November 1, 2014 - October 31, 2015.

- OR -

1. at least 22 years of age, and
2. submitted to the Executive Director a minimum of 50 documented volunteer service hours for the MDBCA, and
3. performed said volunteer service hours in the current fiscal year from November 1, 2014 - October 31, 2015.

A "member" can be an alumnus or non-alumnus and a list of current “members” will be made available upon request.
