Ian McNeill is currently a freelance teacher and musician in the Atlanta area. He is an alumnus of Jacksonville State University where he obtained a degree in music education.
Ian was a member of the Troopers Drum and Bugle Corps from 2015-2017, where in 2017 he was the DCI I&E champion for tuba performance. He previously taught Music City (2018-2021), Southwind (2022), Atlanta CV (2021-present), and will be returning for his second year with the Madison Scouts.
